Pi Day Recap

Hang on for a minute...we're trying to find some more stories you might like.

Yesterday, March 14, 2016 was Pi Day and it was celebrated widely in the high school.  Some math classes gave students the opportunity to get extra credit by making a rap, crossword, craft or other project that relates to pi in some way.  Teachers and students wore pi-related shirts and the Math Honor Society, also known as Mu Alpha Theta, hosted a bake sale and sold delicious desserts and treats!  Hopefully, Pi Day will continue to be a big celebration in North Rockland High School next year and the years after.
